Dek hockey is hockey played with shoes and a ball. It is played on a boarded rink called a sports court with blue tiles.

This tile surface is ideal for the sport as it provides more control and less bounce of the ball during play than other common surfaces like gym floors, hard cement floors in arenas, or asphalted outdoor rinks. The Sports+ dek hockey surface also reduces lateral and vertical stresses (it is fatigue-reducing and impact-absorbing), allows for better traction, and protects players from common leg and foot injuries.
This hockey playing surface can be installed indoors or outdoors. The mesh pattern of the tiles allows dust to fall through and rain to drain through. Outside, the tile design lowers surface temperatures by up to 50% from heat radiation.

The Sports+ Game Pro tiles are recognized by professional dek hockey organizations such as FIBA-BWF. In dek hockey, the official rink dimensions are 160×80 ft for pro or competitive games of 5×5 players. However, for smaller spaces or younger players, you will also find 100x50ft for 3×3 players and 120x60ft for 4×4 players.
